α-synuclein with the A30P mutation packaged in BacMam for expression in mammalian cells. BacMam provides even, near 100% transduction efficiency in HEK293 cells as well as expression in many other cell lines, iPSCs, and primary cultures. Expression is easily titrateable to your experimental needs or to adjust assay sensitivity. Wild-type or versions with A53T, E46K, H50Q, and G51D mutations are also available. Co-express with Montana Molecular sensors for ER stress, cAMP, calcium, and more. This kit includes the α-synuclein A30P BacMam and 500mM sodium butyrate in H2O.
