ILEX LIFE SCIENCES LLC Immuchrom Alpha-1 Antitrypsin ELISA, assay kit for A1AT in human stool or serum samples, 96 wells

Supplier: ILEX LIFE SCIENCES LLC IC6200

ImmuChrom Alpha-1 Antitrypsin ELISA Kit is an immunoassay intended for quantitative determination of alpha-1-antitrypsin (A1AT) in human stool or serum samples. Calibration Range: 3.3 ng/ml - 90 ng/ml. Detection Limit: 1.5 ng/ml. Sample Volume: Stool 100 mg; Serum 0.0004 µL. Principle: The test determines human A1AT according to the sandwich-principle. A1AT in sample, standard and controls binds to antibodies coated on a microplate. After a washing step a peroxidase labeled detection antibody is added. A second washing step is followed by addition of the substrate which is converted to a colored product by the peroxidase. The reaction is terminated by adding an acidic stop solution. Optical densities are read at 450 nm (against the reference wavelength 620 nm) in a microplate reader. A1AT concentration is calculated from the standard curve. Synonyms: α-1-AT, SERPINA1, SERPIN A1, serum trypsin inhibitor, alpha 1 proteinase inhibitor, Alpha-1-antiproteinase, fecal A1AT, faecal A1AT.
