The VECTASTAIN ABC kit system is modular and different variations can accommodate a wide array of primary antibody and tissue species. This kit uses horseradish peroxidase (HRP) as a detection enzyme and includes a secondary antibody that targets goat IgG primary antibodies. The ABC complex, once formed, is stable and can be used for several days after preparation. Includes: 3 ml normal rabbit serum, 1 ml biotinylated rabbit anti-goat IgG secondary antibody, 2 ml Reagent A (avidin) and 2 ml Reagent B (biotinylated HRP). Stains 1000-2000 sections.
