• Tall chimney well design gives working well volume of 40μL, a 60% volume increase over standard 384-well PCR plates
• Increased well volume allows for post-PCR applications such as enzymatic digestions and ethanol precipitation to be carried out directly in the same plate
• Raised rim design around each well enables secure sealing and safeguards against evaporation
• Uniform, thin well walls deliver maximum and consistent heat transfer for equally high performance from every sample
