Fluorescence Dye 594-I with Streptavidin conjugate

Biomolecules conjugated to Fluorescence Dye 594-I exhibit little spectral overlap with green-fluorescent conjugates, and can be efficiently excited by 568nm line of Ar-Kr laser and by the 594nm line of orange He-Ne laser. Ideal for labeling via Streptavidin for fluorescence imaging and other fluorescence-based biochemical analysis. For most fluorescent streptavidin applications, a concentration of 1 to 20g/mL is sufficient. The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.

  • Spectral Equivalent: Alexa Fluor 594, DyLight 594, Texas Red
  • Molar Extinction Co-efficient: ≥80,000 M-1cm-1
  • Excitation (Max): 592nm
  • Emission (Max): 614nm
  • Solubility: water
  • Storage Buffer: water

Application: Conjugation

Recommended Storage: Store in desiccated environment at -20°C and avoid from light.
