Abnova™ Fluorescent Dye 750-I Phalloidin
Description
Compared with Alexa Fluor 750, Fluorescent Dye 750-I is much brighter with absorption at 633nm. Fluorescence emission of Fluorescence Dye 750-I is well separated from that of other commonly used red fluorophores, such as TAMRA, Fluorescent Dye 647-I and R-phycoerythrin, making it ideal for multi-color labeling. Ideal for labeling via Phalloidin for fluorescence imaging and other fluorescence-based biochemical analysis.
- Spectral Equivalent: Alexa Fluor 750, Cy7, DyLight 755
- Molar Extinction Co-efficient: ≥2,40,000 M-1cm-1
- Excitation (Max): 749nm
- Emission (Max): 775nm
- Solubility: DMSO
- Storage Buffer: DMSO
Application: Conjugation, Flow Cytometry
Recommended Storage: Store in desiccated environment at -20°C and avoid from light.
