Quantity:
1 mg

Water-soluble fluorescent dye forms stable Schiff Base with carbonyl group

The fluorescence emission maximum of Fluorescent Dye 790-I around 810nm is well separated from commonly used far-red fluorophores, including Fluorescent Dye 647-I, Fluorescent Dye 680-I or allophycocyanin (APC), facilitating the rapid growing NIR biological analysis. Fluorescent Dye 790-I is one of the brightest NIR fluorescent labeling dyes with fluorescence quantum yield close to 0.1. Its conjugates have been successfully used for NIR fluorescent probe-based in vivo imaging analysis. Ideal for labeling of biological molecules for fluorescence imaging and other fluorescence-based biochemical analysis

  • Spectral Equivalent: Alexa Fluor 790, IRDye 800
  • Molar Extinction Co-efficient: >2,50,000 M-1cm-1
  • Excitation (Max): 783nm
  • Emission (Max): 814nm
  • Solubility: Water
  • Storage Buffer: Water

Application: Conjugation, in vivo Imaging

Recommended Storage: Store in desiccated environment at -20°C and avoid from light.
