The AccuGreen™ Broad Range dsDNA Quantitation Solution is designed for use with handheld fluorometers such as the Qubit fluorometer from Thermo Fisher. The AccuGreen™ quantitation solution is specific for dsDNA, and can quantify DNA samples in the range of 0.2-100 ng/uL. This item is a standalone fluorescent DNA quantitation solution. The use of this product on the Qubit fluorometer requires two standards. The assay has a green fluorescence with an excitation/emission of 500/530 nm (with DNA). This trial size has sufficient reagent for 100 assays. This solution does not come with a DNA standard; see the AccuGreen™ Broad Range Kit (31069), which comes with a calf thymus DNA standard and is equivalent to the Qubit dsDNA BR Assay Kit.
