The AccuGreen™ High Sensitivity dsDNA Quantitation Kit is designed for use with handheld fluorometers such as the Qubit fluorometers from Thermo Fisher. Unlike absorbance-based measurements, AccuGreen™ Dye is highly selective for double-stranded DNA over single-stranded DNA or RNA. The assay is optomized for use with the Qubit Fluorometer and has a green fluorescence with an excitation/emission of 502/523 nm. The assay has a linear range of 0.1-100 ng dsDNA and a sample concentration range between 5 pg/uL and 100 ng/uL. This kit has sufficient reagent for 500 assays.
