The AccuGreen™ High Sensitivity dsDNA Quantitation solution is designed for use with handheld fluorometers such as the Qubit fluorometers from Thermo Fisher. Unlike absorbance-based measurements, AccuGreen™ Dye is highly selective for double-stranded DNA over single-stranded DNA or RNA. The AccuGreen™ High Sensitivity dsDNA Quantitation Solution includes AccuGreen™ dye and assay buffer, but no DNA standards. It is intended for users who wish to use their own DNA standard. The assay has a green fluorescence with an excitation/emission of 502/523 nm (with DNA). The assay has a linear range of 0.1-100 ng dsDNA and a sample concentration range between 5 pg/uL and 100 ng/uL. This product has sufficient reagent for 500 assays.
