Acid-fast bacilli are stained bright red against a pale blue or pale green background.

Green Secondary Stain Kit includes:

  • Carbol Fuchsin Solution, 125mL
  • Differentiating Solution, 500mL

Blue Secondary Stain Kit includes:

  • Loeffler Methylene Blue Stain Solution
