Acid-PEG3-C2-Boc is a PEG- and Alkyl/ether-based PROTAC linker. It can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs for the degradation of EGFR and inhibition of mTOR. PROTACs consist of two different ligands connected by a linker; one ligand is for an E3 ubiquitin ligase and the other is for the target protein. PROTACs function by utilizing the intracellular ubiquitin-proteasome system to selectively degrade target proteins.
