The inherently hydrophilic Supor (polyethersulfone) membrane is low protein binding and provides fast filtration and high throughput.The 25 mm Acrodisc PF syringe filters feature a 0.8 m prefilter layered over a 0.2 m final filter in one device, allowing for the filtration of particulate-laden solutions and making them ideal for filtering sample volumes up to 150 mL*.Used for the sterilization of small volumes of buffers, culture media, and additives.Individually packaged in blister packs and sterilized using gamma irradiation to eliminate potential or harmful extractables common with other sterilization methods such as EtO.* Total throughput (capacity) of a filter depends on the characteristics of the fluid being filtered, such as the extent of microbial contamination, viscosity, and particulate load.
