- Premixed 19:1 liquid solution eliminates the need to weigh toxic acrylamide and bis-acrylamide.
- The concentration is based on the total weight of both the acrylamide and bis-acrylamide.
- Acrylamide/bis-acrylamide (40% w/v) 29:1 Solution is prepared from highly purified acrylamide (4X) and bis-acrylamide (2X) using deionized ultrafiltered water.
