Acrylamide/Bis-acrylamide 37, 5:1, Molecular Biology Grade, 4X Crystallized, Solution

  • Acrylamide/Bis-acrylamide (40% w/v solution) is prepared from highly purified acrylamide (4X) and bis-acrylamide (2X) using deionized ultrafiltered water.
  • It is used for the separation of high molecular weight proteins.
  • It is convenient ready-to-use solutions of 4X crystalized high quality acrylamide for molecular biology, and NN'-Methylenebisacrylamide in deonised water.
  • Premixed 19:1 liquid solution eliminates the need to weigh toxic acrylamide and bis-acrylamide.
  • The concentration is based on the total weight of both the acrylamide and bis-acrylamide.
