Source: Pooled human plasma. Blood sample from the tissue donor was tested and found negative for HBsAg, HCV, HIV-1 and 2 antibodies, HCV antibodies, and syphilis; Applications: Calibrator or standard in immunoassays

Analysis: Purity >95% (SDS-PAGE); Immunological activity: Immunoreactivity is checked using monoclonal antibodies specific to human adiponectin; Purification: Affinity and hydrophobic interaction chromatography; Presentation: Lyophilized from solution in 25 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.5, 0.1% CHAPS. Product is strongly recommended to reconstitute with 25 mM Tris-HCI, pH 7.5, 0.1% CHAPS to prevent any loss of immunoreactivity; Storage Conditions: Before and after reconstitution at -20 °C (between -15 and -30 °C allowed); Other information: Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Aliquot the product after reconstitution.
