The ADP Hunter Plus kit is a detection kit for the measurement of ADP produced as a product of kinase activity. It is used to detect substrate-induced activity of purified or semi-purified kinases. ADP produced by the kinase reacts with intermediate factors to produce a fluorescent dye precursor, which generates signal when combined with peroxide and peroxidase. The kit uses an end-point read.
