The ADP Quest kit is a detection kit for the measurement of ADP produced as a product of kinase activity. It is used to detect substrate-induced activity of purified or semi-purified kinases. ADP produced by the kinase reacts with intermediate factors to produce a fluorescent dye precursor, which generates signal when combined with peroxide and peroxidase. The kit is suitable for testing kinetic activity, but can also be run as an end-point assay. This detection kit contains reagents for 25 plates (384-well).
