AFT024 is a fibroblast cell that was isolated from the stroma of a mouse. This cell has applications in stem cell research. SCRC-1007 can serve as a support layer for stem cells at 37°C; however, to ensure that all AFT024 cells are mitotically inactive, irradiation or Mitomycin C treatment is recommended.
