AGLink ADC Conjugation Kit enables site-specific enzymatic conjugation of monoclonal antibodies with DBCO to produce antibody-drug conjugates at defined drug-to-antibody ratios (DAR). The kit is sized to conjugate 1 mg of mAb and includes enzymes, cofactors, buffers, desalting columns, concentrator tubes, and Protein A resin. It is intended for research use only.
