Description

The AimStrip™ Xylazine Urine/Powder Dipstick is rapid test for the qualitative detection of xylazine in human urine and in powders.

  • Rapid chromatographic immunoassay for the detection of xylazine in human urine and powder.
  • Cut-off concentration of 1,000 ng/mL.

  • The test utilizes the antibody to selectively detect elevated levels of xylazine in urine and powder.
  • XYLAZINE has also been reported to be misused as a horse doping agent, a drug of abuse, and as source of accidental or intended poisonings.

For powder samples, only a small 1 to 10 mg sample size is needed to be diluted with water and perform the test. Confirm powder sample results at 1 minute, and urine sample results at 5 minutes.
