Air-Dryable Inhibitor-Tolerant qPCR Mix is a high-concentration, ready-to-use qPCR formulation engineered with a proprietary buffer system designed for overcoming common PCR inhibitors. It allows accurate DNA target amplification direct from crude lysate or unprocessed samples, even in multiplex assays or in the presence of difficult inhibitors found in blood, sputum or stool samples. It can be used in a wet format or lyophilized to create ambient-temperature stable assays. It also increases reproducibility in extracted samples, as extraction methods are not always 100% efficient, often resulting in loss of target nucleic acid and potential co-purification of inhibitors that can interfere with amplification, leading to false-negative results.
