Alarelin Acetate is a synthetic GnRH agonist. It significantly lowers cell viability and achieves a maximum stimulatory effect on cell viability at a concentration of 10-5 M, acting in a dose-dependent manner. It can inhibit gastric acid secretion by directly acting on parietal cells in rats and by inhibiting vagous function, and can also significantly enhance the ratio of the G1 phase and decrease the ratio of the S phase of GSMC of rats.
