Description

Non-caustic, concentrated detergent for removal of cosmetic and pharmaceutical creams and lotion

Detonox contains anionic and nonionic detergent with wetting agents and emulsifiers withphosphate builders.

  • Biodegradable, high-foaming
  • Greater worker safety andgreater material compatibility
  • Effective on most difficult organic residues
  • Free rinsing to give reliable results
  • No interfering residues
  • Phosphate Content: (as Phosphorus): 6.4%
  • Dilute 1:100 for use (10mL in 1L of water)

Used to clean:
Cosmetic manufacturing equipment, pharmaceutical process equipment, glass, metal, industrial parts, tanks and reactors.

Used to remove:
Cosmetic bases and formulations, organics, grease, tars, resins,waxes, fats, oils, titanium and zinc oxides, ointments and lotions.

Surfaces cleaned:
Recommended for glass, stainless steel, PTFE, ceramic,cement and solvent resistant plastics and metals.

Cleaning method:
Soak, circulate under immersions, ultrasonic cleaners, and manual cleaning.

Shelf life: 2 years from date of manufacture.
