ALyS705 without IL-2 is Chemically defined (Animal-free) medium suitable for activating and/or expanding T cells from human lymphocytes. Compared to ALyS™505N, ALyS™705 achieves an animal-free culture environment by utilizing a high molecular polymer instead of albumin, which in turn reduces the shear stress generated between cells.
