The RNaseAlert™ QC System v2 detects RNase activity in convenient and sensitive fluorimetric assay that delivers results in real time. This version contains substrate that is ∼60% more sensitive than previous version. The kit contains sufficient reagents for 5 x 96 (480) high-throughput assays.

  • Detects as little as approx. 0.3 pg of RNase A with fluorometer
  • Simple, straight-forward, 30-minute assay
  • Designed to monitor RNase activity in column fractions during protein purificatio
