Ammonium glycyrrhizinate is a direct inhibitor of HMGB1 with anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, anti-diabetic activities. Ammonium Glycyrrhizinate inhibits growth and cytopathology of several unrelated DNA and RNA viruses.
