Our Antibiotic Solutions/Discs are specifically formulated for use in bacterial mutagenicity assays. Ampicillin is used as a culture medium additive when growing pKM101-containing strains. Tetracycline is used as a culture medium additive for growth of pAQ1-containing strains (TA102). Mitomycin C, Ampicillin, Crystal Violet and Tetracyline discs are designed for use with our Phenotype test kit or can be used seperately. All MOLTOX reagents are accompanied by a GLP-compliant Formulation and Quality Control statement.
