Weakly cross-reacts with the coiled-coil domains of human ANGPTL2, ANGPTL3, ANGPTL4 and ANGPTL5. Weakly cross-reacts with ANGPTL6 and ANGPTL3 full length protein. Does not cross-react with the fibrinogen like domain of ANGPTL7. Source Rabbit. Applications ELISA, WB. Liquid. 0.2µm-filtered solution in PBS, pH 7.4. Contains no preservatives. ANGPTL7 is expressed in various tissues and regulates angiogenesis. Human ANGPTL7 was characterized as a potent target gene of the WNT/ beta-catenin signaling pathway, and is a pharmacogenomics target in the fields of oncology and regenerative medicine. Overexpression of ANGPTL7 increases collagen expression and might exert a pathogenic role in glaucoma.
