Animal-free SUMO protease is a recombinant SUMO-specific protease derived from Saccharomyces cerevisiae and expressed in Escherichia coli. It is supplied as a filtered, glycerol-containing solution with high purity and low endotoxin, intended for efficient cleavage of SUMO fusion tags during protein purification workflows.
