Animal-free SUMO protease is a recombinant SUMO-specific protease derived from Saccharomyces cerevisiae and expressed in Escherichia coli. It is supplied as a filtered, glycerol-containing solution with high purity and low endotoxin, intended for efficient cleavage of SUMO fusion tags during protein purification workflows.

• His-tagged recombinant enzyme for specific SUMO tag cleavage.
• Biological activity 10 U/μL (one unit cleaves ≥85% of 2 μg substrate in 1 h at 30°C).
