Annexin A1 protein, human, is a Ca2+-dependent phospholipid binding protein located on the cytosolic face of the plasma membrane. It plays multifunctional roles in innate and adaptive immunity, primarily regulating inflammatory cells and inflammation resolution by inhibiting neutrophil transmigration and recruitment at inflammatory sites.
