The Annexin V (E3W8V) Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody is a recombinant antibody engineered to recognize endogenous levels of total annexin V protein. Annexin V is an approximately 30 kDa protein that binds to phospholipids in a calcium-dependent manner and functions as an inhibitor of the protein kinase C pathway. Due to its robust and specific binding to phosphatidylserine, this antibody is a useful reagent for the detection of apoptotic cells.

  • Validated for use in western blotting, immunohistochemistry (paraffin), immunofluorescence (immunocytochemistry), and flow cytometry (fixed/permeabilized) applications.
