This mouse IgG1 lambda is purified using Protein A chromatography. It is produced from tissue culture media obtained at our facility in The United States. Antibody concentration was determined using an absorbance at 280 nm: 1.4 equals 1.0 mg of IgG. This antibody reacts with recombinant Bovine Coronavirus nucleoprotein and virus lysates as determined by ELISA and western blotting. This product recognizes Bovine Coronavirus with immunofluorescence assay. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator.
