This mouse IgG1 kappa is purified using salt fractionation procedures and Protein A chromatography. It is produced from tissue culture media obtained at our facility in The United States. Antibody concentration was determined using an absorbance at 280 nm: 1.4 equals 1.0 mg of IgG. This antibody reacts with dog native canine heartworm antigen as determined by ELISA and western blot. Suggest using this as ELISA capture antibody when detecting with itself, MHRT-40ALY-1A8 or CHRT-65A. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator.
