Anti-DYKDDDDK Magnetic Beads are used for the purification and immunoprecipitation (IP) of DYKDDDDK-tagged proteins. DYKDDDDK, commonly known as FLAG™ sequence, is recognized by a high-affinity rat monoclonal antibody (clone L5) that is covalently attached to magnetic beads.
