The mice were inoculated with native Helicobacter Pylori extract. This mouse IgG2b is purified using Protein A chromatography. It is produced from tissue culture media obtained at our facility in The United States. Antibody concentration was determined using an absorbance at 280 nm: 1.4 equals 1.0 mg of IgG. This antibody reacts with Helicobacter Pylori lysates as determined by ELISA and western blotting. This antibody can detect Helicobacter Pylori in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded tissues with immunostaining. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator.
