The CapricoBio Anti-HLA-DR (L243) mFluor 450 is a monoclonal antibody that binds to HLA-DR, a major histocompatibility complex class II cell surface receptor encoded by the human leukocyte antigen complex. This antibody is conjugated to the mFluor 450 fluorescent dye and is intended for research use only in flow cytometry applications. It can be used for analyzing HLA-DR expression on human dendritic cells, monocytes, macrophages, B cells, and activated T cells. This antibody is supplied as 100 tests in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 0.2% BSA. Recommended usage is 5 μL (0.25 μg) per test.
