Specificity: Clone DREG56 recognizes an epitope on Human CD62L. Antigen Distribution: CD62L is expressed on blood B cells, naïve T cells, subsets of memory T and NK cells, monocytes, granulocytes and hematopoietic malignant cells. Background: CD62L is a 74-95 kD cell adhesion molecule belonging to the selectin family. CD62L is necessary to bind and roll leucocytes on endothelial cells. CD62L is an effective marker for separating lymphoid progenitors from myeloid progenitors and hematopoietic stem cells in bone marrow. Applications: (WB, B, FA) Clone DREG56 is used in Western blotting and in vitro blocking of lymphocytes binding to high endothelial venules (HEV). Leinco’s In vivo GOLDTM and In vivo PLATINUMTM functional antibodies are manufactured in an animal free facility using only In vitro cell culture techniques and are purified by a multi-step process including the use of protein A or G to assure extremely low levels of endotoxins, leachable protein A or aggregates.
