Leinco Technologies Inc Anti-Human HLA-DP (HLA-DP Monomorphic) In Vivo GOLD; Clone B7/21; Isotype: Mouse IgG3

Supplier: Leinco Technologies Inc H26025 MG
Specificity: Clone B7/21 recognizes a human class II major histocompatibility complex (MHC) antigen. It recognizes a monomorphic determinant present on cells expressing DP1, DP2, DP3, DP4 & DP5. Antigen Distribution: The HLA-DP antigen is present on normal peripheral blood lymphocytes but not on resting peripheral T-lymphocytes. HLA-DP is present in low density on peripheral blood monocytes & mitogen-stimulated T-lymphoblasts. Background: HLA-DP is a 26-34kD type I transmembrane glycoprotein that is formed non-covalently from heterodimers consisting of HLA-DPα & HLA-DPβ chains. HLA-DP functions in the presentation of peptides derived from extracellular antigens to CD4+ T cells. Leinco’s In vivo GOLDTM & In vivo PLATINUMTM functional antibodies are manufactured in an animal free facility using only In vitro cell culture techniques & are purified by a multi-step process including the use of protein A or G to assure extremely low levels of endotoxins, leachable protein A or aggregates.
