Clone H53 recognizes Alpha 5 (IV) (Epitope: IDVEF). Use for immunohistochemistry and immunoblotting. Cross-reacts to dog, human, and mouse alpha 5 (IV) NC1. Purified by Protein G chromatography. Dilute the antibody in buffer containing 2% heterologous serum, such as normal goat serum, to prevent non-specific reactions in immunohistochemistry and immunoblotting.
