Clone 2D1 is a mouse monoclonal antibody that reacts with all isoforms of CD45, a type I transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on the surface of hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells and mature blood cells, except mature erythrocytes, platelets, and plasma cells. Verified for use with flow cytometry assays, use this antibody in applications requiring the detection of human CD45. CD45 is a member of the protein tyrosine phosphatase family and functions in a number of immunoregulatory processes, including cell activation, growth, differentiation, and oncogenic transformation.
