This mouse IgG1 kappa is purified using Protein A chromatography. It is produced from tissue culture media obtained at our facility in The United States. Antibody concentration was determined using an absorbance at 280 nm: 1.4 equals 1.0 mg of IgG. This antibody reacts with human IgM as determined by ELISA. No crossreactivity was detected with human IgG and IgA. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator.
