Bio X Cell Antibody, Anti-Mouse CTLA-4 (CD152), Clone 9H10, Unconjugated
Supplier: Bio X Cell BE0131R025MG
The 9H10 monoclonal antibody targets mouse CTLA-4 (CD152), a 33 kDa cell surface receptor on activated T and B lymphocytes. CTLA-4, similar to CD28, binds B7-1 and B7-2, negatively regulating immune responses. This antibody promotes T cell co-stimulation by blocking CTLA-4 binding to B7 co-receptors, allowing CD28 binding and supporting immunological tolerance and protective immunity.
