The InVivoMAb anti-mouse CD28, clone 37.51, is a monoclonal antibody that reacts with mouse CD28, a 45 kDa costimulatory receptor found on thymocytes, most peripheral T cells, and NK cells. This antibody is designed to stimulate proliferation and cytokine production by activated T and NK cells, as well as provide a costimulatory signal for CTL induction, by targeting CD28, which is a receptor for CD80 and CD86.
