The Bio X Cell InVivoMAb anti-mouse CD8α monoclonal antibody, clone 2.43, is a rat IgG2b antibody that reacts with mouse CD8α. This antibody is suitable for in vivo CD8+ T cell depletion and Western blot applications. CD8 is a transmembrane glycoprotein co-receptor for the T cell receptor (TCR) that binds to class I MHC molecules and is expressed on cytotoxic T cells, thymocytes, natural killer cells, and some dendritic cell subsets. The product is purified and formulated in PBS without stabilizers or preservatives.
