Bio X Cell Anti-Mouse CTLA-4 9H10 Antibody, Unconjugated, 25 MG
Supplier: Bio X Cell BP0131R025MG
The 9H10 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse CTLA-4 (cytotoxic T lymphocyte antigen-4), also known as CD152. This antibody is designed for blocking CTLA-4 binding to B7 co-receptors, allowing for CD28 binding and promoting T cell co-stimulation. CTLA-4 is a 33 kDa cell surface receptor involved in negative regulation of cell-mediated immune responses and is a target for immune checkpoint blockade in cancer treatment.
