Bio X Cell Antibody, Anti-Mouse PD-1 (CD279), Clone J43, Unconjugated
Supplier: Bio X Cell BE00332R005MG
The J43 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse PD-1 (programmed death-1), also known as CD279. PD-1 is a 50-55 kDa cell surface receptor expressed on various immune cells. This antibody inhibits T-cell activation by blocking the binding of PD-L1 and PD-L2 to PD-1, playing key roles in peripheral tolerance and prevention of autoimmune disease. It is suitable for research in areas such as cancer immunotherapy and autoimmune disease studies.
