Bio X Cell Antibody, anti-mouse PD-1, Clone RMP1-14, Rat IgG2a
Supplier: Bio X Cell BE0146R050MG
The RMP1-14 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse PD-1 (programmed death-1, CD279), a cell surface receptor belonging to the CD28 family. Expressed on thymocytes, activated T and B lymphocytes, and myeloid cells, PD-1 signals by binding ligands PD-L1 and PD-L2. This binding inhibits T-cell activation, reducing proliferation, cytokine production, and T-cell death.
