Leinco Technologies Inc Anti-Mouse IL-1R (Interleukin-1 R, CD121a) In Vivo GOLD; Clone JAMA-147; Isotype: Armenian Hamster IgG

Supplier: Leinco Technologies Inc I4355.0 MG

Specificity: Clone JAMA-147 recognizes mouse IL-1 RI. Cell sources: IL-1RI is expressed on T cells, thymocytes, dendritic cells, fibroblasts, vascular endothelial cells, epithelial cells and neural cells. Background: IL-1RI is an 80 kD transmembrane glycoprotein and a member of the Ig superfamily. IL-1 binds both IL-1RI and IL-1RII. The ligands IL-1α and IL-1ß only commence when binding IL-1RI because IL-1RII acts as a decoy receptor and competitively antagonizes the binding of IL-1α and IL-1ß, thereby reducing their biological effects. Binding of the ligands to IL-1RI is enhanced by an accessory protein, IL-1R-AcP. Applications: (IP, WB, B) Leinco’s In vivo GOLDTM and In vivo PLATINUMTM functional antibodies are manufactured in an animal free facility using only In vitro cell culture techniques and are purified by a multi-step process including the use of protein A or G to assure extremely low levels of endotoxins, leachable protein A or aggregates.
