Supplier: Leinco Technologies Inc C3691.0 MG

Specificity: Clone 3.9 recognizes the -chain (CD11c) of the CD11c/CD18 complex. It is specific for the I domain of CD11c. 3.9 binds the activated form of CD11c and partially blocks the binding of CD11c with ICAM-4. Antigen Distribution: CD11c is present on monocytes, granulocytes and NK cells. It is strongly expressed in hairy cell leukemia and in some acute myeloid leukemias. Background: CD11c is 150 kDa and forms an /ß heterodimeric glycoprotein which belongs to the ß2 integrin family. Applications: (FC, WB) When analyzing blood, the usage of EDTA as an anti-coagulant may be detrimental to staining due to its chelating properties. 3.9 stains true histiocytic lymphomas. Leinco’s In vivo GOLDTM and In vivo PLATINUMTM functional antibodies are manufactured in an animal free facility using only In vitro cell culture techniques and are purified by a multi-step process including the use of protein A or G to assure extremely low levels of endotoxins, leachable protein A or aggregates.
